Refund & Return Policy

1. Reservation & Payment
You will only be entitled to the vehicle after the payment of the reservation fee, subject to the conditions set out below. The reservation confirms your selected vehicle under the agreed conditions at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
The 50% amount of the reservation is refundable only if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours from the time of booking. The refunded amount will be deposited within 5 working days from the date of cancellation.
However, if the cancellation occurs after 24 hours from your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount — no refund will be issued.

3. Vehicle Unavailability by Asia Fleet
Without prejudice to the above clause, if the vehicle you reserved is not available, the lessor reserves the right to cancel your reservation within 3 working days. In such a situation, the full reservation amount will be deposited back to you within 5 working days from the cancellation date.
4. Refund Process
- All refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the reservation.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an official email confirmation once the refund is processed.
5. Important Notes
- No-shows (failing to pick up the reserved vehicle without prior notice) are treated as cancellations made after 24 hours and are non-refundable.
- Asia Fleet reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
