Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all vehicle reservations and rental agreements made through Asia Fleet Lanka(“AFL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By making a reservation or payment, you (“Lessee” or “Customer”) agree to the following terms.

1. Replacement Vehicles & Refunds

In the event of an unexpected accident or vehicle breakdown that occurs before signing the rental contract, a replacement car (based on availability and decided solely by AFL) will be provided. If a suitable replacement is not available, an advance refund will be issued to the Customer.

2. Vehicle Group & Model Selection

Reservations are made by vehicle group only, which may include several models within the same category. AFL cannot guarantee a specific model. All extras (such as child seats, GPS, etc.) are subject to availability.

The agreed pick-up time is binding, with a 60-minute courtesy window during opening hours. If the Customer fails to appear within that window, AFL reserves the right to release the vehicle to other bookings.

3. Advance Payment & Cancellations

• The advance payment made by the Customer will not be refunded in case of a prior cancellation initiated by the Customer (Lessee).
• Refunds will not be issued for vehicle returns made for personal reasons after the vehicle has been handed over to the Customer.
• If the booking is canceled by the Customer after confirmation by AFL, the Customer forfeits the advance and/or any payment made.

4. Vehicle Delivery & Rejection

After the delivery of the vehicle, if the Customer chooses to reject or decline the vehicle for personal or non-technical reasons, Asia Fleet Lanka is entitled to the delivery fee.

5. Customer Identification

When making an advance payment or a full payment for a booking, the Customer must include the following details in the payment reference:

• Full Name (as per National ID or Passport)
• National Identity Card (NIC) Number or Passport Number

Failure to include these details may delay or invalidate your reservation.

6. Binding Agreement

Upon signing the rental agreement, additional terms and conditions specific to the rental contract will apply. These terms, along with the rental contract, form a legally binding agreement between the Lessee and Asia Fleet Lanka.

7. General Conditions

• All bookings are subject to verification, approval, and confirmation by Asia Fleet Lanka.
• Asia Fleet reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, with the latest version published on the official website.
• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Sri Lanka.
